TRIPLAN AG and NEILSOFT Ltd sign a memorandum of understanding

TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 0007499303) today signed a memorandum of understanding for the technology services division to reorient CADISON, TRICAD original and PIPE-M products with NEILSOFT Ltd., Pune, India. The partnership intends to internationalise the total development and sales operations of ITandFactory, a subsidiary of TRIPLAN AG.

TRIPLAN’s expertise in automotives, provided by its 100% subsidiary Venturis GmbH, will continue to be a fully core business in the group.

NEILSOFT Ltd is a software and engineering services company with a total of 700 employees. Neilsoft’s head office is in Pune (India). The company also has sites in the US, Asia and Europe.

The management board sees more value-adding potential in this partnership through the expansion of engineering operations.
