Ad-hoc Announcement of TRIPLAN AG pursuant to §15 Securities Trading Act

TRIPLAN sells a stake in its technology services division to Neilsoft Ltd.

TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 0007499303) has begun a partnership with Neilsoft Ltd., India, and has sold a stake in its technology services division to it. This relates to the CADISON, TRICAD Original and PIPE M product range. To this end Neilsoft Ltd has taken a 60 percent stake in a newly founded company that holds the rights to CADISON, TRICAD Original and PIPE M products. The two parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.

The agreement further enhances and drives forward the company’s internationalisation and product development under the direction of Neilsoft Ltd.

TRIPLAN’s expertise in automotives, with its own software hub Venturis, will continue as a fully core business in the group.

NEILSOFT is a software and engineering services company with a total of around 700 employees. Its head office is in Pune and it has sites in the US, Asia and Europe. The management board sees more value-adding potential in this partnership through the expansion of engineering operations.
