TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 0007499303) today founded TRIPLAN Consulting GmbH with head office in Bad Soden. The fully-owned subsidiary was started with 400 EUR authorised capital. As part of an asset deal Dr. Jürgen Matthes, who has longstanding experience in product lifecycle management, was appointed managing director with his team.

The founding of the company takes into account the expansion of the product lifecycle management (PLM) business area which will be of greater significance in the future. It will focus on interlinking the island IT system and its data from product idea over the entire lifecycle. TRIPLAN knows and understands the organisational processes and structures of its customers in each sector. The combination of TRIPLAN´s expertise and the know-how of Dr. Jürgen Matthes will produce optimum synergies in implementing this consultancy approach.

The potential of the entire group including BEKO, AC Service and TREVIS is also available. The benefits for the interested parties and customers will lie in proven solutions.
