Departure of the chairman of the supervisory board, Dr. Joachim W. Hohmann

The chairman of the supervisory board, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Joachim W. Hohmann, has today announced to the management board of TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 0007499303) that he is resigning as chairman of the supervisory board and member of the supervisory board of TRIPLAN AG for personal reasons, with effect from the close of this year’s annual general meeting on 5 June 2008.

The management board of TRIPLAN AG would like to thank Prof. Dr. Hohmann for his longstanding and reliable cooperation in the successful restructuring of the company and is pleased that he will remain connected to TRIPLAN AG for a long time as a consultant.
