Legal and voidness challenge against TRIPLAN AGM-resolutions

Six shareholders claimed against the resolutions of the AGM on June 5th, 2008, in different complexity. Affected is among other things the agreement of a profit transfer agreement with VenturisIT GmbH as sub company. The today to the management board delivered claims are pending with the County Court Frankfurt. The first hearing will be approximately on September 23, 2008.
