TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 0007499303) closed the first six month of the business year 2008 successfully. The company generates in the first term 2008 revenues in the amount of 22,782 TEUR (previous year: 24,073 TEUR). The decline in sales is traced back by the divested IT-business in the Joint Venture with Neilsoft Ltd.

Further more, TRIPLAN earned an EBIT of 1,839 TEUR after 1,197 TEUR in the first six months 2007. The EBIT-margin is 8.1 percent (previous year: 4.9 percent). The net profit after minority interests is in the amount of 1,419 TEUR after 932 TEUR in 2007. This corresponds to an earnings per shares (diluted/undiluted) of 0.15 EUR after 0.10 EUR as of June 30, 2008.

Despite of an acquisition in may 2008 and a payment of the fixed portion of the purchase price in the amount of approximately one million Euro, TRIPLAN´s liquidity improved once more. The cash and cash equivalents raised by approximately 16 percent from 5,562 TEUR to 6,451 TEUR as of June 30, 2008. The equity ratio of TRIPLAN amounts as of June 30, 2008, 56.3 percent after 52.6 percent in the previous year.

The positive corporate development brings the management board to raise the forecast for the business year 2008. The board now forecasts revenues in the amount of 44.5 million Euro (primary forecast: 42.3 million Euro) and an EBIT of 2.9 million Euro (primary forecast: 2.6 million Euro). The strategy of the management board targets further on the sustainable performance development.
