TRIPLAN AG announces preliminary figures for the first nine months of the business year 2008

• Revenues: 34,627 TEUR (previous year: 34,743 TEUR)
• EBIT: 2,310 TEUR (previous year: 1,653 TEUR)
• EBIT-margin raises from 4.8 percent by 39.6 percent to 6.7 percent
• Net profit after minority interests raises by 33.3 percent from 1,329 TEUR to 1,771 TEUR

TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 0007499303) announces today, monday, 27.10.2008, the preliminary figures for the first nine months of the business year 2008. The company generated revenues in the amount of 34,627 TEUR after 34,743 TEUR to the comparable previous year period by September, 30, 2008. The Engineering segment contributed 32,349 TEUR (previous year: 31,740 TEUR), the Technology Services segment contributed 2,608 TEUR (previous year: 3,185 TEUR) to the group revenues. The reduced revenues in the technology services segment, due to the Joint Venture with Neilsoft Ltd., were compensated by the proceeding development of the core segment Engineering. EBIT rose from 1,653 by 657 TEUR to 2,310 TEUR. The EBIT-margin could be improved to the comparable previous year period by 39.6 percent from 4.8 percent to 6.7 percent. The net profit after minority interests at date of balance rose by 33.3 percent from 1,329 TEUR by 442 TEUR to 1,771 TEUR. The EpS (diluted/undiluted) rose in the reporting period by 28.6 percent from 0.14 Euro by 0.04 Euro to 0.18 Euro.

TRIPLANs equity-ratio amount at date of balance 54.8 percent and stays on the previous year´s level. The cash and cash equivalents rose by 18.9 percent from 5,686 TEUR by 1,072 TEUR to 6,758 TEUR as at September, 30, 2008.

The continuous development of the international alignment of TRIPLAN and the further on high employee efficiency brings the management board to stick to his prognoses. For the business year 2008, the management board expects further on revenues in the amount of 44.5 million euro and an EBIT of 2,9 million euro.
