Higher regional court rejects remonstrance regarding the approval process legal challenge against AGM resolution from June 5th, 2008

TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 0007499303 / Prime Standard): Several shareholders filed an action at the regional court Frankfurt inter alia against the AGM resolution regarding the profit transfer agreement. The regional court Frankfurt allowed the release proposal of TRIPLAN AG by the order of court from October 7, 2008 (file number: 3-05 O 203/08).

Against this order of court an appellant process was strived at the higher regional court Frankfurt. The higher regional court Frankfurt disapproved the remonstrance of the shareholders (file number: 5 W 31/08). The application of recordation in the commercial register was given in.
