TRIPLAN AG releases preliminary figures 2008
Revenues: +6.1 percent up to 46.8 mn EUR (previous year: 44.1 mn EUR)
EBIT: +10.2 percent up to 2.9 mn EUR (previous year: 2.6 mn EUR)
Cash position: despite of acquisition +19 percent up to 6.6 mn EUR (previous year: 5.5 mn EUR)

TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 0007499303) releases its preliminary figures for the business year 2008. Hereafter, the group revenues rose from 44.1 mn EUR by 6.1 percent up to 46.8 mn EUR in the period from January to December 2008.

EBIT climbed by 10.2 percent from 2.7 mn EUR up to 2.9 mn EUR. This answers to a light improvement of the Ebit-margin from 6.1 percent up to 6.2 percent in comparison with the same period of the last year.

With this development, the Management Board outperformed the forecasted revenues of 44.5 mn EUR and achieved the forecasted Ebit-amount of 2.9 mn EUR.

The cash position rose despite of an acquisition in May 2008 by approximately 19 percent and climbed from 5.5 mn EUR up to 6.6 mn EUR.

TRIPLAN forecasts for the business year 2009 revenues in the amount of 49.0 mn EUR and an Ebit in the amount of 3.0 mn EUR.
