TRIPLAN AG: Higher Regional Court Frankfurt dismissed a claim of shareholders against TRIPLAN AG

The Higher Regional Court Frankfurt dismissed the appeals from several shareholders against the delivered ruling of the Regional Court Frankfurt (appeal of resolution of the AGM from June 5, 2008 of TRIPLAN AG - ISIN: DE 0007499303/Prime Standard - ) from October 28, 2008. With this, the Higher Regional Court Frankfurt confirmed the decision in conclusion of the Regional Court Frankfurt.

The action of opposition and nullity from six shareholders refered to all AGM resolutions. In the appeals procedure, only three resolutions were contested anymore.

By the apply for the approval process from September 2008, the resolutions could partly be registered in the commercial register.
