TRIPLAN AG: Decision of Higher Regional Court Frankfurt legal, derivative suit against TRIPLAN AG definitely rejected

The Higher Regional Court Frankfurt rejected the suits from several shareholders against the delivered judgement from October 28 2008 by the Regional Court Frankfurt (Appeal of resolutions of the AGM from June 5, 2008 of TRIPLAN - ISIN: DE 0007499303 / Prime Standard) and confirmed therewith the adjudication of the Regional Court Frankfurt. The claimants did not appeal to court against the decision of the Higher Regional Court Frankfurt at the Federal Court of Justice within the period stipulated. The action is therefore closed.

The recordal of the concerned resolutions in the commercial register will take place promptly.
