TRIPLAN AG: New member of the supervisory board appointed and chairman of the supervisory board elected

TRIPLAN AG, an engineering services and solutions provider in plant construction and building technology, has announced that Herbert Troup from Kassel, has been appointed by the Königstein district court with effect from 15.10.2004 as a supervisory board member of TRIPLAN AG pursuant to § 104 par.1 Joint Stock Company Act and § 145 Development Finance Agency Act. This returns the supervisory board to a quorum with at least three members.

In Herbert Troup, after agreement with its large shareholders, the company has gained a supervisory board member who has already been connected to the company in the past. Herbert Troup has already been a member of the TRIPLAN AG supervisory board – from 4 May 2000 to 24 June 2004.

At its 21 October 2004 session the supervisory board elected Dr. Joachim Hohmann as chairman and Dieter Kunkel as deputy chairman.
