TRIPLAN AG’s declaration of compliance
Corporate governance is an important component of capital market communication for our company.
We welcome the creation of the code of corporate governance and its enshrinement in §161 Joint Stock Company Act.
We must point out that TRIPLAN AG cannot comply with all aspects of the code. As a standardised document the code of corporate governance does not distinguish between the size of the company and its international focus. Hence it contains sections whose requirements a small and mid-cap company will inevitably not be able to fulfil. This is how derogations often arise that the company must explain.
