Ad-hoc Announcement of TRIPLAN AG pursuant to §15 Securities Trading Act

TRIPLAN AG: Positive EBITDA, consolidation completed.

TRIPLAN AG reports interim quarterly data for the third quarter as at 30.09.2003. Total output in the first three quarters of 2003 fell to 23.7 m EUR (previous year 25.6 m EUR). EBITDA in this period was 15 TEUR (previous year -129 TEUR) and EBIT -1.5 m EUR (previous year -1.4 m EUR). Total output and the results of the third quarter of 2003 did not correspond to plans and are negative compared to the very strong third quarter of 2002.
Compared to the previous year EBITDA was positive at 15 TEUR. The start of normal depreciation from intangible assets produced a fall in EBIT in the current year compared to the previous year.

Restructuring measures will have a positive effect on the income situation next year though the market will continue to falter in its development.
