Improved results in 2004

TRIPLAN AG, an engineering service and solutions provider in plant construction and building technology, has announced its interim figures (according to IAS) for 2004: They show that total output fell 19.5 % to 24.3 m EUR (previous year 30.2 m EUR). In spite of a fall in sales EBITDA in this period improved to 0.4 m EUR (previous year - 0.3 m EUR), and EBIT from - 2.4 m EUR in the previous year to - 1.7 m EUR for 2004.

The TRIPLAN group forged ahead with its consolidation in 2004. Simplification of the group structure and consistent cost savings lead to a positive EBITDA.

In the current year, 2005, TRIPLAN plans to continue optimising its engineering structure using the measures it has introduced. Market indicators for supply enquiries are positive. In the technology services division, represented by the ITandFactory group, we expect a positive business trend because of the slightly improved market environment and a very extensive restructuring. In both divisions sales and cooperation were expanded to support this development and further enhance our market presence.
