TRIPLAN AG acquires 51 percent stake in newly-founded Trevis AG

TRIPLAN AG has announced the founding of Trevis AG with head office in Basel, Switzerland, in which it has a 51% share capital stake. Together with Trevis AG TRIPLAN plans to continue expanding its service portfolio in the engineering division in cutting-edge niche markets.

Trevis AG provides specialised engineering services with a focus on process engineering, safety, economic analysis, environmental protection and approval management. It rounds off it service portfolio is rounded off by functioning as an expert in the above-mentioned divisions.

Founding Trevis AG will help implement TRIPLAN AG’s growth concept in the high-margin engineering service market.
