TRIPLAN AG chairman of the board and substitute member resigns

TRIPLAN AG, an engineering services and solution provider in plant construction and building technology, has announced that Dr. Michael Hasenstab has resigned as a member of TRIPLAN AG’s supervisory board for a significant reason. Dr. Hasenstab was also chairman of the supervisory board.

Dr. Hubert Bock has also resigned as substitute member of the supervisory board.

The vacancy on the supervisory board will be filled immediately.
