Annual general meeting

We do not consider the annual general meeting to be a legal act but rather a shareholders' meeting. Hence it is important to us that as many shareholders as possible personally make use of their vote at the meeting. Should a personal appearance not be possible you can of course authorise a company representative to represent your interests.
