Change in the Supervisory Board (Aufsichtsrat)

Bad Soden, April, 27th 2010
With effect as of April 30th 2010 Stefan Pierer has resigned from office.

We are glad that we could swiftly nominate an equivalent successor through the District Court (Amtsgericht) Königstein. With effect as of May 1st 2010 Prof. Ing. Peter Kotauczek assumes the office as a member of our Supervisory Board (Aufsichtsrat).

We thank Dipl.-Ing. Stefan Pierer for acting as a member of our Board of Directors. We wish Prof. Ing. Kotauczek a good and successful work as a member of our Supervisory Board.
