Bad Soden, 12.06.2001
CADISON Software GmbH, a fully-owned subsidiary of the SMAX-listed company TRIPLAN AG, will take over the Hamburg-based lcs latschenberger cad-service with effect from 12 June 2001. Lcs is a systems house that sells hardware and software and corresponding applications for buildings management and engineering, as well as factory planning. Last year, the company achieved sales of around 1 million deutschmarks.
As well as being able to strengthen its base in the region, TRIPLAN will also profit from the acquisition of the customer base and infrastructure, and lcs’ excellently trained workforce. The target of increased presence in the Technology Services core business sector in the Hamburg conurbation has thus been realized. Following the opening of offices in Stuttgart in the first quarter of 2001, the TRIPLAN group has now completed a further step in the expansion plans it announced at flotation. Realization of the strategic growth plan for 2001 will be supported next by advances in North Rhine-Westphalia and Berlin.
With this acquisition, TRIPLAN AG has taken a step closer to being the leader on the German market for service providers in the area of Engineering and IT Services for factory and plant planning.
