TRIPLAN AG, a industrial services provider listed on the SDAX, has announced that Reinhard Meier has resigned as member of TRIPLAN AG’s supervisory board for health reasons. Mr Meier, founder of TRIPLAN, was also chairman of the supervisory board.

The vacancy on the supervisory board will be filled immediately.
