Correction to the ad-hoc announcement of 2 April 2004 relating to NORD/LB’s loan write-off

In the context of an ad-hoc announcement of 2 April 2004 TRIPLAN AG among other things announced the following:

TRIPLAN AG has announced that it has agreed a full loan write-off with NORD / LB of around EUR 5.6 m.

This sentence should have read as follows:
“TRIPLAN AG has announced that it has agreed a full loan write-off with NORD/LB of around EUR 5,6 m which provides for an earn-out provision in favour of NORD/LB until 2008, including 50 % of the net profit for the year restricted to a total of EUR 2 m (a net profit for the year can only be posted after the accumulated losses brought forward of the individual company TRIPLAN AG, currently EUR 7.2 m, is balanced).“
