ItDL GmbH merges with TRIPLAN AG

TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE0007499303) has, in the mandatory publication of 3 November 2005, announced its acquisition of ItDL Ingenieurtechnische Dienstleistungen GmbH, a Karlsruhe engineering company with more than 30 years sector expertise.

On 21 June 2006 the management board decided to merge ItDL GmbH with TRIPLAN AG. The supervisory board approved the decision in today’s session. The merger will optimise internal procedures.
