Ad-hoc Announcement of TRIPLAN AG pursuant to §15 Securities Trading Act

New members for TRIPLAN’s supervisory board, more management board members appointed

TRIPLAN AG, an engineering services and solutions provider in plant construction and building technology, has announced new appointments to the supervisory board.

At the annual general meeting of 24 June 2004 in Bad Soden Dr. Joachim Hohmann and Dr. Michael Hasenstab were newly elected. The former member of the supervisory board Dieter Kunkel was elected for another period of office. Dr. Hubert Bock was elected substitute member for the above-mentioned supervisory board.

At its constituent session on the same day the supervisory board elected Reinhard Meier to the board for the engineering division. The former sole member of the management board, Ralf Heimberg, is spokesman for the management board and from now on becomes responsible for the technology and finance division.
