Changes to the TRIPLAN AG board

In its decision of 15 April 2005 the supervisory board appointed Jürgen Jedlink and Walter Nehrbaß to the boards of TRIPLAN AG with effect from 01. July 2005. In Jedlink and Nehrbaß TRIPLAN AG has managed to get two longstanding employees to head the engineering division. Their long market experience and in-depth knowledge of the company makes them an ideal appointment. Within the scope of his activity as member of the management board Nehrbaß will be responsible for basics and petrochemicals in the engineering division, while Jedlink will be responsible for life sciences.

The change in the management division arose because of the scheduled expiration of the contract of Reinhard Meier, founder of the company. He returned to the company a year ago to restructure the engineering division. The supervisory board thanks Mr Meier in the name of the company for his successful work.
