Scheduled change to the management board at the end of the year
Appointment of a financial director

In a decision of 15 November 2005 TRIPLAN AG’s supervisory board scheduled a change to the management board. The management board’s business will be taken over and the founder of TRIPLAN AG, Reinhard Meier, whose contract ends on schedule on 31 December 2005, will be replaced with effect from 1 January 2006 by Gerhard May. Gerhard May is the founder and managing director of IMA Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH, which was recently acquired by TRIPLAN AG in an asset deal. Mr May will apply his expertise and recognised sector knowledge to drive through the continued expansion of the engineering division.

The supervisory board has also decided to expand the management board with a finance division. The new finance director will be the longstanding commercial manager at TRIPLAN AG, Heinz Braun. Heinz Braun will also take over the finance and technology services department from 1 January 2006.

The supervisory board would like to thank Reinhard Meier in the name of the company for his considerable contribution to implementing company goals.
