Change in the management board postponed to 1 April 2006
Walter Nehrbaß of the supervisory board appointed to the management board

In a decision of 28.12.05 TRIPLAN AG’s has postponed the change in the management board scheduled for the end of the year. The contract of the management board spokesman and founder of TRIPLAN AG, Reinhard Meier, which was scheduled to run out on 31 December 2005, was extended until 31 March 2006.

Gerhard May, who was appointed to the TRIPLAN AG management board on 1 January 2006 from the supervisory board, was removed from this position because of a difference of opinion relating to the company organisation.

Walter Nehrbaß, a longstanding TRIPLAN AG employee, was appointed to the management board to manage TRIPLAN AG with effect from 1 April 2006.

Heinz Braun will as scheduled expand the management board with finance and technology services from 1 January 2006.
