IT and Factory GmbH founded:
TRIPLAN AG bundles IT operations

TRIPLAN AG (WKN 749930), Bad Soden, which is a listed company and a leading provider in engineering und IT services, is bundling its IT operations at its subsidiary "IT and Factory GmbH", which was founded on 1 January 2003 and whose head office is in Bad Soden. The company employs 45 employees. Its sales objective is around 8 m Euros.

ITandFactory was created by amalgamating the IT operations of TRIPLAN AG and its subsidiaries. It will bundle its available resources, particularly with regard to service, support and development operations. Under Ralf Heimberg (he is also chairman of the board of TRIPLAN AG) the offer of the new company will be primarily aimed at professional users in the process and automotive industry, building engineering and its suppliers. “We are used to operating in a pragmatic, and results-oriented way. Our company is a solid, practise-based IT factory,” said Ralf Heimberg. The services offered stretch from plant, factory and buildings systems planning, through data management to IT consulting, and support the automotive industry in digital factory planning.
