Departure of board member

Bad Soden, 28.02.2003.
As reported by TRIPLAN AG, the board member Dr. Volker Schlüter is leaving the company at his own request with effect from 28.2.2003.

Dr. Schlüter headed the Engineering division which in recent years has seen improved sales and results. From September 2001 to September 2002 he headed TRIPLAN AG as sole director. The restructuring of the IT division during this period led to excellent results in this segment also.

TRIPLAN AG will continue to he headed by the board member Ralf Heimberg.
