TRIPLAN AG wins big orders worth around EUR 10 m

Bad Soden, 16 August 2005
TRIPLAN AG, an engineering services provider in Bad Soden/Frankfurt, has in recent days won several interesting big orders with a total fee volume of around EUR 10 m. The order volume will be worked on over two years.

This is a contract to provide engineering services for a multipurpose plant for the production of biotechnology products, two building supervision planning orders for the expansion of two production plants for a blockbuster drug and an order for conversion to economic optimisation of multipurpose plants within the scope of the alliance partnership with Novartis. A big order was also won to construct a new multipurpose plant. The clients are Lonza AG Schweiz and Novartis AG in Basel.

Its longstanding expertise in multipurpose plant allows TRIPLAN AG with its intelligent modular plant construction designs to meet the continually changing demands of the pharmaceutical and life science industry. In addition to the economic advantages over mono-purpose plants, seen in the proven time savings of 25% and cost savings of 15%, the systematic and standardized structuring of planning processes enable us to make modifications to the production strategy even during the plant construction phase. This saves considerable extra design and execution costs.

Reinhard Meier, board member of TRIPLAN AG: “These orders reflect our excellent planning and execution position in the market as well as in the construction and reconstruction of multipurpose facilities. Our technical solutions for the challenges faced by our clients mean that we can not only react quickly in realization, but can also create sustainable improvements to the operation and maintenance of the plants.
