Announcement of a takeover offer

TRIPLAN AG comments on the announcement of the takeover offer of BEKO HOLDING AG of 29 November 2006.

TRIPLAN AG (WKN 749930), Bad Soden, has taken note of BEKO HOLDING AG’s intention to make a voluntary public takeover offer to the shareholders of TRIPLAN AG.

In a further procedure the management and supervisory boards will inspect the BEKO HOLDING AG offer with the support of financial and legal advisors. As soon as they have the offer documents they will make a detailed statement.

As already announced in our press report of 26 September 2006, TRIPLAN AG sees potential in the cooperation of both companies and views the announced offer positively while reserving the right to make a detailed inspection of the offer documents.
