TRIPLAN consolidates its international business, extends management contracts early and expands the management board
Bad Soden, 16 March 2011:
In a resolution of 14 March 2011, the supervisory board of TRIPLAN AG appointed Mr Peter Stromberger to the new management board of TRIPLAN AG from 1 April 2011. On assuming the position Peter Stromberger also becomes the management board’s spokesman. His contract is valid until 30 September 2015, thereby supporting the transformation of TRIPLAN into a global business and the continued expansion of the project business. At the same time the contracts of Walter Nehrbaß and Heinz Braun have been extended early by around two years.
Mr Stromberger is a mechanical engineer with longstanding international experience in engineering and project management for the process industry. At TRIPLAN AG Peter Stromberger has been in charge of engineering in Germany and the chemicals/general plant construction sector centre. As Director Engineering Germany, he already coordinates the international operations of TRIPLAN AG from the German market.
With the appointment of Mr Stromberger TRIPLAN is taking a clear step with a focus on expanding the international business and also in the context of succession planning with regard to implementing the new company strategy. In addition to his job as spokesman of the management board he will in future also be responsible for coordinating and developing the national and international project business.
Mr Walter Nehrbaß takes over the department of Operational Support and Consulting for the TRIPLAN Group. Mr Heinz Braun becomes responsible for the Finance and Technology Services Divisions.
With these decisions TRIPLAN has created the preconditions for its planned growth strategy in regional and non-European markets and implemented this in the new structure of the TRIPLAN Group.
