2011
At the AGM on 10.3.2011 Josef Blazicek was selected to join the supervisory board as the successor to Prof. Ing. Kotauczek.
From 1 April 2011 Peter Stromberger will be appointed to the new management board and will at the same time become management board spokesman of TRIPLAN AG.
This is in connection with the orientation of TRIPLAN towards the expansion of its international business and the continued development of the national and international project business.
2010
Change to the supervisory board.
Prof. Ing. Peter Kotauczek replaces Stefan Pierer on the supervisory board.
On 30.9.2010 the change to the stock market segment takes effect. From this date listing in the entry standard of the Frankfurt stock exchange as well as in Xetra.
