CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
POLICY BRIEF & PURPOSE
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy refers to our responsibility towards our environment. At TTP Group we believe in growing responsible and sustainable. Our CSR company policy defines the non-negotiables for all our employees. It codifies our values, making clear what is expected from our people. Through living our policy, we will bring our values and purpose to life, every day in everything we do. Our company’s existence is not lonely. It is part of a bigger system of people, values, other organizations, and nature.
WHAT IS OUR CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY?
Our CSR company policy outlines our efforts to give back to the world as it gives to us.
SCOPE
This policy applies to our company and its subsidiaries.
SCOPE
We want to be a responsible business partner that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Our company’s social responsibility falls under two categories: compliance and proactiveness. Compliance refers to our company’s commitment to legality and willingness to observe community values. Proactiveness is every initiative to promote human rights, help communities and protect our natural environment. TTP Group’s CSR efforts are coordinated by the TTP Group SDG-Team which is governed by a steering team of representatives from all TTP Group branches founded in 2020. TTP Group CSR efforts and activities comprise supporting local communities, educating and empowering workers, and addressing the issues of gender equality and minorities within the company. Moreover, our operative companies work to reduce energy consumption. Sustainable sourcing represents an additional CSR issue that TTP Group aims to address within the scope of its operations.
